Once your order has been placed, the Fit to Fly team will begin packaging your order and prepare for shipment. This packaging process can take up to 2-5 business days, where then after it is handed over to the post office for delivery. Please keep in mind that we are a very small team, and work our hardest to ship your order out ASAP!
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy below.
In the event that you wish to return or exchange your order, for reasons other than the product(s) being defective or incorrect, we require that you send the package back to us at your expense.
- Our policy lasts 30 days after your order was placed. If 30 days have gone by from the date of your order, then we can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
- If the return/exchange does not pass our inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial.
- All items must be unwashed.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant will not be accepted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for the cost of item(s). If your return is denied, then the product(s) will be sent back to you. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact: email@example.com
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular price items can be refunded or exchanged.
INCORRECT ITEMS/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Stuff happens. If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, then please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request photo evidence for our records, and must be notified of any defects within 30 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
